tire,restless,sad,nuan and bored is one of the few words to describe mi today.
woke up early this morning despite sleeping late last night!and the best thing i did was to rush to toa payoh stadium to run 2.4km with timing.well,i think i'm getting weak man.did not hit below 10mins which was my average run a mth ago.instead of hitting below 10mins,i did a 10m37s man...super disappointing!!!i guess this is my wake up call lol.shall not slack and start training to get back to my usual form.well,after 2.4km we went over to the 40storeys HDB flats to do steps training!!!well,today wasn't that bad and we climbed the 40 storeys flat 5 times as our training which equates to 200 storeys scaled today!!!after training,proceed with eleanor zebin and lek to have lunch at a nearby food centre.had my fav fish porridge from one of the stores that serves super fresh fish!!!well,the rest of them ate the same thing too!!!after which i rushed home to catch the live telecast of the funeral procession of our ex dpm Mr S. Rajaratnam.was kinda sad and feeling a great lost as CNA was doing some scenes of flashbacks of his life.besides that,the tot of mr lee ky tearing for him proved that Mr Rajaratnam was really a great man.though i do not know him personally or heard of him till the news of his death broke out,i could feel that he was really one of those founding fathers that so so so many of us respected dearly.i mourn for the death of such a great man and hope every singaporean will feel the same way i do.well,gonna stop here cos im super tire to think of anything to type it out liaoz!plus the fact that my typing speed now is super slow,i think i should stop blogging and go to rest!will be back to blog more once im refreshed...bye...
