im very busy recently with so many activities coming up.Preparations for Expeditions, super sunday, paper work,KOdak training, work etc.now i will slowly tune myself to a more serious mode.lotsa stuff right along my path and gotta clear them asap before i get more workload once im admitted into NTU.

well, this few days im kinda into community service kinda thing.Kept thinking and relating community service stuff with news and proposals i've seen or heard.Currently,im very interested to help rongbang for his Roll-a-thon.after reading his proposal,i finally found myself trying to understand his stand for helping out HWA,Handicap Welfare Association.Im touched by wat i've read and i seriously feel that its a very meaningful project. Will follow up with that once im back from M'sia.just saw something which i dun realli feel very good abt.it goes like this..."ppl going for community service tml pls bring along your form to sign...."well,i realised that but making ppl do compulsory CIP is actually forcing them to do something for a motive.in fact, when u actually force youths to do CIP,some might just develop an attitude towards the organisation they're helping etc.it might trigger them to despise the beneficiaries etc.i just hate this system.the ideal case would be for students to do CIP on their own with instructions or a system to follow.then it would be more meaningful.however,im pretty sure the amt of volunteers in a open system will be so much lesser than the enforced closed system.when can singapore youth learn to contribute to the society and help to enhance the development of the under privilleged ones?

well...im talking nonesense now.gotta go sleep liaoz...tml gotta face the 100 grandstand...HOW???!!!!???

well...i realised that im actually having a hard time balancing up my account man.im spending more than im earning!HOW SMART IS TAT?i guess i might have to get a weekday job too!well,my allowance aint coming in from anywhere else also!im feel like im living off my parents rite now!any suggestions to help lower my upkeep?

on the other hand,i believe that saving is not as impt as compared to spending to gain experience.there's really a couple of tough decisions to make especially when i always inform my parents abt the courses im going for and the amt i will have to spend.in these scenarios,i wouldn't really term it as spending but rather,a form of investment.Money doesn't serve its value when i dun use it to acquire anything of worth to me.This is something which most parents do not understand also.for the past few courses im learning,my parents seem to have objections but i just push on.salsa lessons, diving course, apc level 3...diving and apc level 3 alone cost mi more than 1k!and to begin with,i dun have much savings especially after i've enter the army. And now that im out of army and no longer receiving allowance, seeing my bank accounts going into the red and school is gonna start very soon,im really worried if i'll be able to support myself man.only working on weekends with a average pay of 65 a day,it doesn't seem very positive!especially when there's no camp assignments recently for mi to take up man!haizz...im leaving with my odac mates for the titiwangsa trip this sunday.i wonder when im gonna be back man!things seem not really settled yet except that the standard 5 days journey in the jungle is confirmed.after coming back from the trip,i'll have other commitments on hand also.going for orientation camps and helping out at my very own adventure club.its really gonna be a very busy period for me man!besides that,im still wondering if i should actually continue my salsa 2?seeing tht i dun have much money left and i really dun wanna just stop right there,i seriously need to go find some stuff to do to help mi to invest!

perhaps its like wat my dad says,im spenting too much time and money on too many stuff.Yesh.i agree.but then,i really dun wanna waste my time doing nothing and sitting ard learning nothing like most youth that i've encountered with.all this aside,im now abit worried if i can juggle all this when i get back to school.i wanna try to start doing something to revise but then,i seriously dunno where to start.can someone advise?well,i think im just getting damn bored and posting sucha long entry!!!arghz...can someone shine mi some guiding light...

been rather busy lately...anywayz,1 very interesting fact.NAGLENE bottles ain't break proof!cos i just broke my one during my course in OBS.fell abt 10m down and it CRACK big time.

fyi, last weekend was working at parkway Harvey norman as KODAK promoter.well, its really tough man!first location was damn far from my house but that doesn't really matter man.there was crowd but not in the shop but the shopping centre.well,at least while working got some OCBC bank promoter as eye candy lahz...not bad.the stuff there was alright.it was really hard promoting for kodak esp when the camera is those CMI kind and cost 749!!!wat dual lens, wat 10X optical zoom...wat's the point when the image cannot make it.even the printer CMI also.printed on both the kodak and canon one and compared.GREAT difference.well,i still managed to brainwashed some customers to get kodak instead.well,im feeling so guilty.its sound so unethical for mi to smoke them just to get them to buy kodak!well, after being a promoter for almost 1 mths,i finally learn ways to shoo off or resist promoters...i noe the tricks and ways to get better bargains and learn how they actually smoke consumers man!IM BAD...

expedition is coming and i really wonder if im really prepared.im like so not involved with the planning and stuff.feeling abit guilty now!shall try to make it for training this coming fri.and im still considering i should actually attend the meeting this fri evening!duno if that freak meeting is gonna be essential for networking.damn sianz...shall see...i've been working hard enugh and i realli deserve a break!i need MONEY..i need more JOBS!come come...intro to mi!!!

well,in case u guys are wondering how come i've actually gone missing in action for the past few days.I've actually signed up for a Abseiling Proficiency Course level 3-Abseil leader course over @ OBS.cost mi a hell sum of 525!!!well,im back from the course with just a certificate of attendance!it's not because i failed for the course but rather,i failed to meet the requirements of the course. And that is i have to be 21 before i complete the course!!!how frustrating...its all because the PA adventure team didn't state to me that i have to be 21 in order to qualify for the proficiency cert and its even more frustrating when im like 5mths from 21.and the thing is in order for mi to get my proficiency cert,i've gotta go back there again for another 2 days of refresher course which probably cost mi another 200.well,the instructor actually told mi and ivan that we should actually get the proficiency cert but due to possible legal matters,he couldn't issue us the proficiency cert as we're considered as minors with regards to OBS,the certifying authority!!!DAMN FRUSTRATING...but i must say i really learnt alot from the course and i picked up a couple of new skills to do anchoring and stuff.very fun and interesting and we learn rescue techniques.besides that, now we're more safety cautious after the course after we've been exposed to various scenario.well,im just too tired now.after coming back from OBS,gotta rush back to CC to attend to 2 meetings.just came home and gotta work tml morning!!!till then...will blog again bahz...

well, haven been blogging for the past few days.was rather busy and by the time i come home, its pretty late and too tired to blog anything.Last fri started selling cameras at AMK courts.the experience was pretty good.though there wasn't any crowd,i did managed to sell a couple of cameras.the staff there was friendly too.sat was bad.was asked to go to cathay photo @ peninsular plaza again.expected bad sales even with usual crowd.wat's even worse was that PC show was ongoing.tot the crowd would be super bad but it really din turn out that way.anywayz, like wat was mentioned the previous post, its realli not a good place to sell the printers im promoting.however,im freaking lucky to have 2 customers!!!actually both of them bought the printer out of sympathy.one was this couple whereby they're regulars of the shop.was chatting with them while they were selecting which model of camera to buy.so i tried selling them my printer.though they already have 2 different models the same brand of printer, they decided to buy 1 from me since i din managed to sell anything that day.was super thankful man.then after which came this 2 man in their 40s...they were there the previous week and they actually bought a camera there.they saw mi this time round and remembered mi.they are freaking funny but dirty minded man and we freaking joked with one another.one of them was like asking mi abt my sales and the quota lahz.then since i was selling onli 1 that day,was super black face and low morale.then told him lolz...and he was like quite good already wat.then he also bought one from me out of goodwill cause he actually bought 2 of the same printers before liaoz.super nice man.hahaha...

Adventure trail Challenge 2006:
Route(run from tampines mall to Pasir Ris seasports club,Kayak to Ubin, run already ubin to get to the mountain biking component and River Crossing component.then kayak back from ubin to pasir ris and make our way to bedok reservoir by foot.complete a station game and make our way back to Century Square to abseil and end off at the field next to TM.)
yes...looks easy but it was really tough.esp when age is catching up on us and we haven been as active as before.the most memorable thing abt the race is actually swamp crossing.my asics got stucked in the soft mud and kenneth tried helping mi pull it out.very thankful for that.by the time we finished everything and came back,we were the 6th team to arrive.judging from that,we're most probably fall into the top 10 teams for open category~!odac was as strong as ever but the results were abit screwed up.i can't believe that VJ odac can be that strong esp when they got 2nd and 3rd.NOT POSSIBLE...cos their timing was definitely worse than my team's timing.and my juniors in odac can nv take a longer time to complete the thing esp when we're old and stopped and walk a couple of time.they're the ones runnning throughout man.heard there was a confrontation and the situation was pretty ugly.Din expect this kinda attitude from VJ students man.cos off course Mr Lim suspected that something wrong with the results mah and had to appeal for the students esp when they realli trained hard for it.but im realli proud of my juniors for the fact that actually trained hard and were definitely a stronger and more discipline batch of ODAC peeps.well...im abit lost now..wanna catch some show liaoz...shall stop here.anyone interested in wat happen can just ask mi lahz...
