fyi,i've been relocated to another shop to practice my sales tactics.im now stationed at Cathay photo shop over at peninsular plaza.and who the hell do u think will go all the way to peninsular plaza to get cameras and photo printers?that was the first question i asked myself!!!though lyndon told mi that the shop has a good traffic flow of customers,i wasn't really hopeful.the moment i stepped into the shop,i realised that the shop is the kinda shop that caters to the higher end camera users(semi-pro and pro photographers) and mayb a small no of camera users like us.and in the first place,semi-pro and above will realised that the color quality that comes out from the printer im selling will not be able to satisfy them with their super good quality cameras.so,its very difficult to sell it base on the quality.well, wat ever the case,i would term it as un-sellable to semi-pros and abv.though its difficult to sell,i did broke my own record of selling 8 printers a day.i sold 9 today.it was pure luck.the first 2 piece that i sold was not very difficult at all.i merely did a half hearted warming up presentation and then,it was sold.then one of this guy actually went over to speak to his big boss in some weird language.after which he say he wants another 5 units.*no effort on my part*i was super stunned.after which the last one i onli took part in the presentation for awhile only.i onli did abit of printing on the printer and abit of add ons to the presentation plus 2 man pressure and it was a deal.

anywayz,to touch on the customer flow.it was pretty oki but i believe i see more customers over at south asia while i was working there.the environment at south asia is better...brighter,more girls, more friendly environment.over at cathay, its like the customers are usually regulars.they recognise them by name and it seems to me that the customer flow is more of like regulars coming back every weekend to chat around and play around with new stuff.i believe they sold more SLRs,camcorders,Lenses, memory cards more than those point and shoot cameras.my customers is actually the pool of point and shoot(idiot proof) cameras.well...tml im still working for cathay photo shop but over at Marina square.over there, heard the traffic flow wont be that good.but i think that shop should be more on the lower end or rather those point and shoot kinda cameras.which also means customers that will think that my printer can print out very good quality prints.hopefully i'll be able to perform tml bah.anywayz,i would say i realli din perform much today cos i was spotting potential customers rather than trying to hit on every single one.tml will be better i hope...

Bel...thanx for the tips!anywayz, planning to go for advance open water liaoz.still scouting and checking out the rates.probably going back to my same club to do it bah!i wanna do a LOB again...nice and relax trip!
